The Living Lightning
Maxwell Dillon was an electrical lineman who gained his powers after being struck by lightning while working on a power line. The accident transformed him into a living electrical capacitor, able to generate and control massive amounts of electricity.
Electro became one of Spider-Man's earliest and most persistent foes, using his powers for robbery and revenge. He was a founding member of the original Sinister Six, teaming up with Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Sandman, Mysterio, and Kraven the Hunter.
