Dr. Henry "Hank" Pym first appeared in Tales to Astonish #27 (January 1962), created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and Jack Kirby. Initially introduced as a scientist who discovered size-changing particles, Pym would go on to become one of Marvel's most important and complex characters. His discovery of Pym Particles revolutionized the Marvel Universe, enabling size manipulation that would spawn multiple heroic legacies.
Pym's heroic career has seen him adopt numerous identities: Ant-Man, Giant-Man, Goliath, Yellowjacket, and even the Wasp. MCU Legacy: Michael Douglas as Hank Pym
Michael Douglas brought Hank Pym to life in the MCU, portraying an older, retired version of the character who mentors Scott Lang.
